Descripción
We are seeking a highly skilled professional in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure a cohesive delivery of high-quality products. Your expertise in backend technologies will help us achieve our ambitious software goals. Remote work only for Spain residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js
- Build and consume RESTful APIs following best practices and performance standards
- Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot PostgreSQL databases (queries, indexing, migrations)
- Ensure backend solutions are secure, performant, and maintainable
- Collaborate using Git with proper version control and code review workflows
- Participate actively in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues
- Work closely with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
Requisitos mínimos
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional Backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Expertise in backend development with NodeJS, Java and ExpressJS (mandatory).
- Database management with PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git version control system.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe).
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
